I created My Living Spree lifestyle blog in 2018 to empower women to break the cycle of burnout and live their best life— through travel, fashion, motivational messages, and creating simple wellness routines. ⠀⠀

Fave fashion: I love color and prints. I will shop anywhere but I most enjoy shopping with black-owned brands 💃🏾

Hosted our first International retreat in Costa Rica last year with 44 amazing women and still on a high from that experience. I am passionate about creating space for women to show up and fill their cup. 🌴

I’m a full-time nurse practitioner— this is my 10th year in practice. Over the years, I’ve served in different roles caring for diverse groups of people. I’m most passionate about caring for underserved communities, specifically mamas and babies 😍👩🏾‍⚕️

I’m engaged to the love of my life and this is one of our first photos together. I recorded an IG Live video sharing my journey being single around the time we met. Moral of the story, focus on God and becoming who He wants you to be. Everything else will fall in line in due season. Live your best life in the meantime 🫶🏾

I remember praying for the life I have now. Do you? We are literally living in answered prayers. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to miss what God is doing right now in the present. I don’t want to rush to the next thing before living in the very thing I prayed for. I don’t want to live life constantly comparing myself to others that I don’t appreciate what’s in front of me.

Today, we can have gratitude for where we are. We can notice all of the good things around us and how blessed we are. Even if we have a ways to go, we can appreciate how far we’ve come. We are exactly where we need to be, right now. Love y’all and happy #feelgoodfriday 🫶🏾

The living spree continues @celebrezenrose 💓🥂✨

I had to do a #recap because we had a time at Celebrez en Rose | Houston! This was my first year attending the “Celebrate in Pink” wine and music festival and it did not disappoint. The vibe was right, weather was nice, drinks were flowing, and it was so good to see beautiful people dressed in shades of pink. 😍 The festival was nice, but my favorite part was enjoying much-needed quality time with my tribe. 🫶🏾 This weekend was a reminder that community is everything and scheduling joy is something I will continue to make priority in this season and beyond! 🤳🏾 what about you?

#FeelGoodFriday | This year I wanted to be more intentional about strengthening my core. I also wanted to focus on form, depth, and intensity in a different way. Pilates has become a new challenge for me. I am enjoying it because it forces me to slow down, to truly breathe through the difficult moments and to strengthen my foundation and form.

It’s stretching me, literally and figuratively, more than ever before. My intentions for 2023 have everything to do with diversifying my wellness routine and figuring out what I enjoy + what works for my body.

So far, I’m enjoying this new journey of self-discovery. Here are the benefits of Pilates:
